Java/.NET Technical Leader
Job Description:
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in Application Development.
- Have a strong knowledge in implementing .NET or Java (Swing/J2EE) technology in web/desktop – applications.
- Have a strong knowledge in Database Design and Implementation (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
- Have a strong knowledge in Analysis and Application Design using modular/Object Oriented/Service Oriented concepts, MVC or other design concepts.
- Have skills in SDLC methodology (Waterfall) and Project Management.
- Have the ability to plan the project schedule and activities in project implementation, as well as be able lead members of development team to achieve the defined objectives.
- Having knowledge in Struts/Spring Frameworks would be an advantage.
